His journey has taken him around the world—educating, inspiring, and motivating stylists at every level. With a legacy of leadership as an International Creative and Artistic Director for major salons and global brands, G has built a career rooted in the pursuit of excellence and fueled by a deep love for sharing knowledge.

Renee is the vision, vibe, and color expert behind Carnaby Street. As our co-founder and Artistic Director, she’s the calm, collected force who can turn a color formula into pure artistry. With decades of experience and a heart for teaching, Renee has shaped more stylists than she’ll ever admit—and she still lights up every time she gets to create something beautiful behind the chair.
