Gerard "G" Kierans
Background: Gerard Kierans, also known as G, was born in SW London, England.
Cutting Specialties: Master Hair Cutter. All types of Hair Cutting. Classic Geometric Haircuts, Short Haircuts, Razor Cutting, Curly Hair, Men’s Cutting, Long Hair, Fine/ Thinning Hair.
Other Specialties: Curly Hair Expert, Fine thinning Hair Expert.
Fun Fact: G’s favorite career moment is talking one to one with his Hair Hero, Vidal Sassoon about their shared love and lifetime dedication to Chelsea Football Club.
Renee Burgess
Co-founder and Artistic Director Renee leads all the color and highlighting training at Carnaby Street.
With extensive education credentials, Renee holds color certifications from L’anza, Schwarzkopf, and Goldwell. She is also DevaCurl and Surface Curl certified, having traveled extensively to hone her craft.
Renee has a BBA from Georgia Southern University. When she’s not coaching or creating magic at her chair, Renee loves practicing yoga, reading avidly, and escaping to the beach.
Mary Hill
Looking to be blonde? Mary, the "Blonding Queen," is an all-around color expert. Her patient approach and attention to detail make her a standout hair care provider. With a wonderful outgoing personality and a love of healthy hair, Mary specializes almost exclusively in blonding and working with long hair.
Mary also served in the United States Navy and has a degree in marketing from USF. She dreams of owning a small farm with her husband to give a great home to various critters. Additionally, Mary works as our salon coordinator and social media manager.
Brea Ordonez
Known as "The Curl Whisperer," Brea treats your curls as if they were her own. Whether cutting or coloring, she brings your hair to life. Brea also excels in working with all hair types and is an expert in braiding.
Brea is a huge fan of the TV show The Office and once had a memorable moment meeting Craig Robinson, who plays Darryl on the show, while she was driving the Choo Choo train at a mall.
Along with her amazing hair skills, Brea is a busy mother of two beautiful children.
Amanda Taylor

Passionate about cutting, coloring, and highlighting, Amanda excels in creating short haircuts, long layers, bold reds, grey coverage, and lived-in blondes. Her attention to detail and friendly consultation style ensure you look and feel fantastic.
Alexia Pou
Looking to rock killer shags, bold mullets, or vibrant primary colors? Alexia is your go-to stylist! Her talents extend to banishing greys, creating effortlessly lived-in blondes, and crafting elegant long layers.
When she’s not making clients look fabulous, Alexia enjoys crocheting, painting, or watching SmackDown. A creative soul at heart, she understands that everyone has unique hair needs and tastes.
